6. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA RETENTION, DELETION POLICY :

You (the user) have been associated with us as a consumer, customer, client, influencer etc. As part of this association, the user can enter into business transactions such as placing orders, returning purchased goods, earning reward points based on purchases, or earning rewards points by consuming or recommending products to your customers/client. These business transactions are treated as financial transactions.

Account Deletion: when you (the user) raise a request for account deletion to us via our Mobile Applications, Web Portals, or to our email address product.support@psspl.online using your registered email address, we will deactivate your account immediately. As your account is deactivated from our system, you no longer have access to any information in our system.

Data Deletion & Retention:

Our system deletes all your information other than the KYC (Know Your Customer) and Business Transactions. The KYC and Business Transactions are required to be retained as per Government of India, Central Board of Direct Taxes under the Income Tax regulations under the section 149 of Income Tax of India. Thus, inline to this following information shall be retained and rest information shall be deleted immediately.

All the information other than above will be deleted by our system immediately.
